Augustino Brewing Company was founded in 2015 by Augustine and Bianca Iacopelli. Augustine, also known by many in the beer world simply as “Stino,” has spent nearly 20 years making craft beer as a homebrewer and, through his work with the Wichita Homebrewers Organization, found himself at the crossroads of the explosive growth of craft beer in the Wichita area.

Having had the opportunity to meet and get advice from some amazing mentors both locally and nationally, Augustine decided it was time to apply his business education and knowledge of brewing and coffee science to make the leap from homebrewer to entrepreneur.

However, Augustine and Bianca realize that it “takes a village” to build a brewery of quality and staying power. Fortunately, Geoff and Kara Finn, decided to join the Augustino Brewing Team as additional owner/investors to help round out our talent.

In early 2017, we found a space and began the process of bringing a new Wichita coffee and beer establishment to the area.

We specialize in a number of different beer styles ranging from lighter and cleaner lagers all the way to our signature Cold Case Imperial Coffee Stout. So you can be sure that there will always be a beer that meets your palate and taste preferences.

For those who don’t care for beer, we have you covered as well with a full spirits bar, craft coffee, robust local wine list, and loose leaf tea beverages. While we have some delicious food for you to enjoy, we will be excited to have you come out and sample many of our fine crafted beverages.

Speaking of our food, we will have many items that integrate our in-house coffee and beer beverages to provide you with an ultimate pairing experience when you visit our locations. Even better, come on in and enjoy our Ultimate Mug Club Program. This membership based program provides members with access to premium call ahead seating, preview access to new beverages, exclusive food and merchandise discounts, and club events only open to our club members. Augustino Brewing Company will open in the fall of 2017 to the public, but you can stay tuned to our progress toward opening on our social media platforms.
