The big green monster in the Wichita coffee shops is going to burn the coffee every single time to make it taste “consistent” this is a travesty. Coffee should not taste consistent, it should taste unique. Every coffee is different and it should be celebrated for his differences.
If you have a copy from South America and you burn it to taste like came from North America, that is a shame to the farmers and the people who grew the coffee bean as well is the rich heritage that comes from coffee. Coffee is delicious by itself you don’t need to burn it to make it taste the same everywhere you go.
